Delivery Charge 

Home delivery :If the order amount is less than HK $ 500, a HKD $ 20 deliver charge will be required. (Except for some special products)

Retail Pickup :Deliver charges are exempted 

Delivery service 

1) Delivery : 

• The goods are delivered by courier to the address on your order or S.F. Store / EF Locker*. 

• Delivery area is limited to Hong Kong (Except remote districts, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Island, construction site and locations without a functioning lift). 

• If you choose SF Express in Macau, customers need to pay additional freight to SF Express when the goods arrive.

• If the customer does not receive the goods twice. No third delivery will be provided.  Customers should pick up goods in our retail shops, and the delivery charge paid will not be refunded. 

• Customers can arrange other courier company to pick up, but the relivant delivery charge and risk should be beared by the customers themselves. 

*pickup at EF Locker, each length of the box cannot exceed 45cm x 30cm x 37cm.

2)Retail Pickup : 

• The goods will be delivered to the customer's designated retail shops. 

• When the Retail Shop received goods, they will inform the customer to pick up the goods(you are required to pick up the goods within 7 Working days, 

• Customers should print out the notice or provide the bar code to the retail shop in order to pick up the goods in person. 

• Failure to provide customers pick notice or the bar code, customers should present their identity cards to our staff for registration, after that the customers can pick the goods. 

(The purpose of this procedure is to protect the interests of customers preventing someone from impersonating.) 

Delivery Time 

Delivered within hours from Monday to Friday, no delivery service will be provided on Sat / Sun  

Delivery period and the number of days above for reference only, as a result of traffic delays to the destination, we will inform

the customers for the details. 

The Company reserves the right to refuse to deliver to any customer in its absolute discretion
