Product return method is currently provided as follows
Customers must check the goods at the time of receipt of the goods ordered if there is damage. If the goods are damaged, please inform the customer service department to arrange the replacement of the goods immediately. The company has the right to refuse to replace the goods have been signed.
Return / Refund Process
Upon confirmation of payment for the products in Widepot online store, no return and refund is allowed.
However, due to supply problem, or the failure to replace the same item, the Widepot Online Store will arrange a refund for the customer.
The payment will be refunded by the same way that the customer made the payment.
1) Online payment: After we received your returned product,
your payment will normally be credited to your payment account within 5-7 Working days.
(The actual credit date is subject to the Payment Gateway processing period)
2) Payment by bank transfer: After we received your returned product, you must provide the name of the payee,
so that we will refund the amount to you in 5-7 working days.
For details, our customer service staff will contacte you.
For any dispute arising from refund or return of the goods, the decision of Widepot shall be final.
Procedures for Replacement
• Customer receipt, problem is found in the goods
Contact customer service department within seven days of delivery date :
Method 1) call: 21489292 within office hours
Method 2) Email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Method 3) visit our website and leave message in "contact us" column
•Customer Service Department receives customer replacement mail will contact the customer during normal working hours and understand the situation
•After Customer service department has understood the problem of goods, replacement will be arranged as soon as possible, customers have to choose one of the following replacement method:
a) Retail replacement
1)After confirmation we will re-delivery the goods to the selected retail in two to three Working days
2)After the Goods delivered to the retail, our staff will notify the customer
b) Home Delivery
After confirmation, we will arrange home delivery in three to four working days.
•Customer must contact customer service department within seven Working days of receipt of the goods for replacement.
•Customers shopping in the Company, for replacement, our Customer Service Department will arrange.
•The goods must be accompanied with our official invoice, complete packaging, product barcode, accessories, manuals and warranty card which is not filled.
•The goods must be intact and does not involve man-made damage. It should not be repaired and has no sign of repair. The surface of goods should have no scratches and not be wet.
•For replacement, gifts, credits and coupons should be returned at the same time. If the customer fails to return the gift, the gift is used or damaged, the customer should pay for the gift which value is determined by the Company.
•Replacement can be provided for once only. If the customer still think that a problem after replacement, the customer must contact the manufacturer or dealer’s specified maintenance center
•If the supply problems, failed to replace the same goods, the payment will be refunded by the same way that the customer made the payment.
Not applicable for replacement
•Any consumable items, such as ink cartridges, laser toner cartridges, laser discs, any software programs that have been opened and goods with blister packaging.
•Printers, desktop computers and notebooks (customer should contact the relevant manufacturers or dealers’ maintenance centers directly)
•Due to lighting, computer's chromatic aberration problem, or personal understanding of different colors, resulting chromatic aberration problem between photos and goods. This does not belong to the problem of the quality of goods.
•More than 7 Working days replacement period
•In case of any dispute, Widepot will retain the final decision.
For products purchased at the Widepot Online Store,
Customer should contact the relevant manufacturers or dealers directly for all the repair and maintenance issues, the terms, please refer to the product warranty card.
